Bridging the unseeable barriers between alloy, hardcore, emo, and regular electronic music, Southern California's Nevea Tears was formed in 2002 by John Morello (throat), Greg Gillis (guitar and vocals), Brent Doan (guitar), Jeff Metajan (keyboards, beatniks), Dom Gomez (bass), and Amber Barnard (drums). Later signed by Eulogy Recordings, the 6 went on to unleash their risk-taking debut, Do I Have to Tell You Why I Love You?, in 2004.
